Universes & Programs
1. What are the universes and programs ? +
The universes correspond to the categories : Lady Styling - Men Styling - Partnerwork - Bootcamp - Choreography.
The programs are composed of several videos.
1 program = 1 course of 2 to 8 videos.
2. Are the programs available in multiple languages ? +
Yes ! Programs purchased individually or included in subscriptions have subtitles in French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Korean.
You can choose the language when watching a program: Account → My Programs → Go ! → Language selection.
3. Are the website texts available in multiple languages ? +
Yes ! The main texts, buttons, and information are available in English and French. The displayed language depends on your site selection.
Account & Subscription
4. How and when do I create an account ? +
You don't need to access the account area until you subscribe to a plan or purchase a program individually.
- Purchase individually → account created automatically.
- Subscribe to a plan → 2 options : menu "👤" → Sign Up → form, OR tab "Courses" → universe → I subscribe to the plan.
5. Can I subscribe to multiple plans at the same time ? +
No. Only one active subscription per account is allowed. For a second subscription, create a new account.
6. Does my subscription renew automatically ? +
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel them in your account area.
Access to Content
7. Can I purchase a program without a subscription ? +
Yes ! Programs in the Bootcamp and Choreography universes are available individually. An account will be created automatically at the time of purchase.
8. How do I access my programs after purchase ? +
Menu "👤" → My Programs to view your content.
Tab Payments to check your purchases.
9. Are programs accessible after my subscription ends ? +
Programs purchased individually remain accessible.
Content linked to a paid subscription is accessible as long as the subscription is active.
Security
10. Are my password and personal information secure ? +
Yes ! All your personal information and access to programs are secure.
11. What should I do if I have an issue with my account or access ? +
Contact co*****@***********na.com and we will resolve your issue promptly.
Invoices & Downloads
12. Can I download my invoices ? +
Yes ! Each purchase generates a downloadable invoice from the confirmation email.
To receive it again → "Contact" form.
13. Can I download program videos ? +
No, videos are only viewable on this site. Downloading, recording, or other methods are not allowed.
